Prices
The prices are those shown for each item, and are final (excluding shipping costs). For orders within the European Union, the VAT rate applicable to the buyer’s address will be charged. Even though we don’t charge VAT for orders outside the European Union, please note that they may be subject to import taxes that are exclusively the responsibility of the customer.

Underdamped ships from Portugal to the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and the United States of America.

The shipping costs and methods are included in the order’s total, and can be calculated in the cart page after adding all the items to the cart.
We try our best to ship the item(s) to the customer as soon as possible after payment. We take no responsibility for any delays or damage that may occur after the item(s) have been delivered to the shipping carrier, however, we encourage the customer to contact us with the order details in case that occurs.
Return Policy
The customer may return to Underdamped any items bought from within a 30-day period starting from the date of purchase, i.e. the date on which the customer paid for the goods, and receive a full refund through the same payment method that was used for the purchase, so long as the the product is in good working condition and free from any signs of use.
The customer is fully responsible for the return shipping charges.
Warranty Policy
Underdamped offers a 2-year warranty on all items that covers any defects that the item may have or develop from the date of purchase. If the defect manifests itself within 6 months from the date of purchase, a manufacturing fault is assumed. If the defect appears after 6 months from the date of purchase (but still within the 2-year warranty period), the customer may need to prove that the fault didn’t originate from their own misuse of the product or normal wear and tear.
Certain items for sale that naturally detune over time are not considered to be faulty, please check the instructions on how to tune them back to their original state.
We reserve the right to settle the shipping method with the customer, both for the return shipping (if such is the case) and for the shipping of the new or repaired item.
Underdamped also reserves the right to offer a refund in case the item in question can no longer be replaced or repaired.
